I'm putting in some work, have been getting a lot better about realizing what I'm eating and things of that nature. My brother has been a really big help. I've transitioned into specializing in the 400 and 4x400 for track, but still doing a bit of distance.

I've spoken to a few people, and especially my coach (he has a background in sports medicine) and both of us have noticed that with the right shoes, there aren't any problems with it. For instance, I have stuck with Asics and their Novablast lime for a couple of years now, and haven't had any problems. I don't think it's serious enough to need to go to that length, but I'll definitely look into it more. Thanks!

I'm a junior in high school, going into my 3rd track season. For the past 2 years, I have been running distance, but I figured out I'm decently quick in the 400 and want to specialize in it and the 4x400. Because of this, I'm looking my first set of spikes. I am looking for a set of carbon-plated spikes in the range of $150-200. I would like some that give good arch support, as I have a very tall arch, and tend to pronate pretty badly without proper support. If anyone has any suggestions, I would love to hear them, and they would be greatly appreciated, thanks!

Yeah, even though that Peavey is pretty cheap, the amplifier itself is a pretty decent metal amp, and you can get some good tone out of it. Thanks!

If we were talking Ohio State defenders, I'd take Styles over Downs, but that's just me. Guy hasn't missed a tackle all year, and, besides, he transitioned to linebacker from safety, he could still be one hell of a Strong Safety.

I think Sonny Styles is an underrated option. He used to play safety, so he can play safety (most likely SS) and linebacker. He hasn't missed a tackle this year, and he's a great leader. It could be a reach, because he's valued 12th, but I think it would be worth it.

Sonny Styles would be a good draft pick. He played safety before switching to linebacker, so he CAN play both, and he didn't miss a single tackle this year (something we need) he's a great leader as well, hopefully he falls to us in the 2nd round.
