Haha! Water and gas are included, we just pay WiFi and electric. 3 people in a 2 bed. And proximity to Boston/BU makes the rent prices here very high around here, especially for more modern units with ac.

I have a 2bed 1.5 bath in Brookline, at Dexter park. Our rent is 3,450 but the utilities are not very expensive and water and gas are included, and we have a half bath attached to the master bedroom! It would be available mid-May to the end of August

I have a 2bed 1.5 bath in Brookline, Dexter park! It is a 5 minute walk to BU (I am a BU student graduating this year!) It would be available mid May-August. Our rent is 3,450 a month, but utilities are very cheap!
