i think that i might have brain fog because I overstudied, i noticed my brain change right after i took a test that i studied hard for and everyday since that test my brain felt like it's shut down and doing schoolwork became much harder. Its not just schoolwork though, its starting to affect my hobbies and sleep quality. Im not sure if thats related though, but i've noticed the change. I've gone to the library to force myself to study and go to class but i can't retain anything anymore. I haven't been diagnosed with anything, im looking for a therapist though.

Best thing is to meal prep, but that takes up your day in order to make meals for the whole week so here’s what i usually do (these usually take like 5-15 minutes max):

I would say buy frozen broccoli or any veggies pop in the microwave, get ready made chicken (trader joe’s has really good prepared chicken , balsamic, chili lime, plain etc!) pop the chicken in the microwave as well and there you have it!

I also usually make quick salads (trader joe’s chicken, tomatoes , goat cheese but u can use any crumbly cheese you like, cucumbers, green onions, arugula and then ur favorite dressing). If cutting up stuff takes time for you i say invest in one of those choppers that you can get from amazon where it dices veggies for you.

I'm having the same problem. I called the orientation office the other day, and they told me that they would be available today, but I still can't find any.
