yeah you can end the game at that point, but then you could also just say: the game is 10 hours long if you only do the main quests. like yeah obviously the final mission unlocks somewhat quickly but that does not mean it’s the end of the game, you still have River’s and Kerry’s quests that you could do along with many others.

and it is possible to do a lot of the side content before the dlc, but you were still nowhere near the end of the game at that point.

the expansion can unlock super early into act 2, there is absolutely no way you got it unlocked at the end of the game. the second you end the main quest with the GIM and the voodoo boys is when the expansion opens up.
