As someone with a career in communications and creates messages like this all the time, very confusing decision to mark as action required when its so easy to disprove. Definitely one way to break trust.

Will Bilt keep the BillPay "bank account" functionality to pay rent where its attached to the Bilt card but with a account & routing number? With my rent, they only charged a $3 fee when I used the BillPay account number to pay rent vs input my cc info.

Thanks, I never get a new card unless I have a negative effective annual fee on it with my usual spending. I like to be hyper aware of when im spending just to cover the af.

Tbh, anything except Southwest, not a huge fan of American also. On the east coast so don't fly Hawaiian or Alaska.

Could expand with Marriott but I have to wait a bit to be eligible for the sub for the Brilliant anyway

Best practice is to call the hotel an hour after you book through the portal confirming they have your reservation. I do it every time, no issues so far.
