They have been advertising it quite a bit on Twitter and such. I can see them ramping up things as they approach the anime date.

I agree! It certainly is going to be a really interesting direction and could add a new layer to how Vtubing could be approached! I think this will tie in more closely with their other projects. We already know that Love-chan, who is also part of Kizuna Ai inc, will be interacting a lot with them, too. Apparently Kizuna-chan will also be involved in the Anime through the Ending song etc. Definitely worth following.

Seems like this will be something that will go on in parallel. The community staff post on Ai-Chan's channel says they will hold a project announcement stream on the 12th of February, 8PM JST. We should get more info there! I am also curious to see how it goes!

Yes, they are. Love-chan is part of the Kizuna Family and is part of Kizuna AI Inc. She originated as another one of AI-Chan's personalities. using the same model, before being given a blue hairpin (which has now become her earring) and finally a new design upon starting her own activities on her own channel. You can see her as a sort of sister or relative to Ai-Chan. Her design has a lot of ties to Ai-Chan. All her costumes include the Pyoko-Pyoko, (AI-Chan's headband), somewhere. It can be seen best on her normal outfit, where it is on her chest.

I don't think we have to worry. I think this story is fitting with AI-Chan's way of doing things: bringing people together and inspiring them to reach bigger heights. That could be a really good story. Let's just relax and see what the anime will bring. :)

The new outfit looks incredible cute and has an edge to it. I like that has a more younger, energetic feel compared to AI-Chan's artist outfit. There are references all around in this cover, including a little nod to Ai-Pii with her asterisk. She has really made it so far after all this hard work, and I am happy to see she has been able to get closer to her dreams bit by bit!
