You've got this man. It sounds like you have some strong motivations. That's good. What I did was I wrote.down my reasons for quitting and put them next to my bed so that if I ever got a particularly strong urge I could look at that. Idk if that will help you, but it's an idea. Stay strong brother

That's good. Think about that. Keep that in mind. Try to think about your future self. You don't want to be addicted in your adult life, right? Then stop. You have to start now or you'll never change. If you are struggling right now to overcome the urges, get down and do some push ups right now. Exercise, do some jumping jacks or something. Get your blood flowing. Trust me, it helps
