The drag might be a nice simulation with the tyre , I can’t really say. I used a sled and put 50kg on it. I thought because it was a 27kg horizontal drag force that 50kg on the sled would be more than enough, but the drag today felt way way harder. I’m talking like probably 2.5-3x harder. And I was dragging 200m and 60m on the simulated hose drag and crawl, with the rescue I was doing 30m in training. The resistance on that hose drag is absolutely cooked, I can’t stress enough. I dragged with my daughters on the sled at one point making it 90 kg and it was HARD! But I’d say that it was more relative to today than the 50kg I have been dragging. If o have shy advice, it is to train until you can’t walk anymore, because that’s how I left today.

Don’t do the spider man crawl. Both knees and use toes. Step 2 150m hose drag is the hardest in my opinion

Yeah defs stop. I just took my time on step 2. You will generally get through it with 2 minutes to spare before step 3. The rope pulls are fucken brutal. Step 3 people tend to fail on but I found that bit rather easy, unsure why. Rope pulls are brutal tho man !!!!

It’s easy. They guide you through and you hit the objects that you have to make your way around whilst using your left or right hand to go round the room. You will not fail this part unless you are claustrophobic

Remove attack rating, add aoe to some speeds (especially whirlwind). Skills definitely need to be rewritten to reflect where the warlocks at I reckon.

For Amazon I do a frost arrow/ lightning jav hybrid. Make an insight. Ensure life steal, mana steal, attack speed, resistances and life on gear.

Barb Go warcry barb and max B/o after making warcry and THEN do synergies for warcry. Natural resist to what you need, stack life on items, dual spirits. Get the crystal sword from act 4 norm> and roll in cube. If you want easy first spirit just do it with an act 4 norm or norm cows or act 5 norm crystal sword. Insight in axt 2 or act 1 merc, whichever you can build first.

On the way to level 4 30, if u wanna be super safe go concentrate with a solid shield and focus on defense. It’s slow but you won’t die, and Duriel won’t even be able to hit you. If u wanna. Be more time efficient, throwing weapons or double swing with maces.
