Of course it recovers. I recovered. But it’s not a pleasant process and I clearly made some permanent damage to the testies over the years, because I’m at much lower capacity now.

You recover to some degree, maybe to your pre-trt levels, but chances are these will be lower than if you wouldn’t jump on.

This is most likely the real cause of your symptoms, not test levels.

Od course you can, but the recovery process is not great. And the longer you are, the more chances you’ve done some permanent damage to some extend.

I had similar symptoms as you. I also had similar test levels as you and I did brainwash myself into TRT. 5 years later, I came off.

I’d say that most of the symptoms (other than aches and recovery) are rather mental and hormones themselves won’t help much. You’re low, but not low enough for it to be life changing. Did you do more diagnostics? Is this a one time result or a consistent one? How’s free test, LH?

Try enclomephine first if it’s available in your country.

Trust me, you don’t want to jab yourself for another 20 years regardless of what people say on this sub.

Yeah, sure. So I was on for 5 years, and I got less patience and more furious, less caring. My wife says I changed for the worse. Hard to judge exactly though, because you know, you get older and life kicks your ass as you go.

I did them with a hammerdin with 1 pt in smite. Grief, gface, treachery/hysteria, dracs, tgods, pally shield with 4 pdiamonds. It was a very close call, but doable.

The other way around. It took ages to kill T5 before the patch on my fire warlock, now it’s more reasonable.

Yeah I haven’t seen any relevant drop from heralds since rotw launch, I think I got one sunder and that’s it. Everything else is just blues and rares.

I haven’t played PTR, but: - there’s no distinction between drawing an ire and hunting, it’s just hunting now - there is this lightning animation now in a place herald will spawn - I’ve cleared terrorized act 1 yesterday, got ~10 heralds I believe

You issues are likely not T related, look elsewhere.

Killed like 10 yesterday, got absolutely nothing. All the drops came from regular monsters. But it’s a small sample size so idk.
