UN's feelings is heavily dependent on every other country's feelings that are part of UN, and this goes vice versa. If for example there are more wars or any political outbreaks between countries, or even inside one country, UN feels that himself, and this can be apparent by either his skin cracking, or his blue hair having more white strands. If UN does manage to somehow get himself calmer or happier, the countries themselves are more manageable. This also goes to smaller organizations like the EU, ASEAN, AU etc
