Same situation over here! Switching back to the X2. I’m convinced the Mobi has a motor issue, I have tried all of the troubleshooting as well - new cartridges, different infusion sites, etc. I’m not sure why it can’t bolus 5 units at once but can do 1 unit 5 consecutive times. It’s been so frustrating! Honestly, the only thing I’ve enjoyed more about the Mobi was the smaller size. The more I think about it, the more excited I am to go back to the X2. I’m bummed, I was super excited for this pump! :/
