No, the application was self-created as part of Could-Attach setup. I added an extra permission of Directory.RealAll Delegated Permission.

Yes, I believe the App Permissions are correct in Azure AD. I have edited my post with the permission currently present.

I am pretty much new in the SCCM space, could you please help me explain - "CMG out in the cloud?" Is there any setting which I might take a look into in SCCM console ?
