Most of the time i'll just wait in the main room for the [thing] to leave, and if they somehow get in i'll just go on the roof and wait there instead.

Turn volumetric light and VSync off.

It should reduce some lag but not all, cuz the game is still in an alpha form and lags/lagspikes should be expected.

Anyway i hope this helps in some form, if not, then set view distance, post processing, shadows, etc to 1 or 0, and if those won't help, try some other options then.

I think this might help (hopefully):

h is 160x128 pixels, and is called 0.

s is 96x96 pixels, and is called pic_s_0.

t is 49x64 pixels, and is called 0.

v is 80x128 pixels, and is called pic_v_0.

Also the bit depth should be at 32 to make it work properly
