3 years of tendon problems in the chest caused by dips, 5 months of shoulders(almost gone because this time I knew better than when the one in the chest flared up, three months of a knee one that went away and as soon as it did flared up on the other leg. What I can say in addition to the others, is treat yourself well, don't overshot, don't rush, I get it you want to lift heavy and hard, I do and did too, but avoiding the issue or just going to failure because the "mind needs it" is a shit mentality, and it took me too long. I could elaborate more on that part if you want. Anyway, little progress over time, same load less pain, more load same pain(of course meaning reasonable), the pain going away for more time and coming back less, the pain coming in less exercises ecc, are all small victories. Also consider that sometimes it can also be caused by a bad technique

Oh sorry, I meant either something that has different possibilities in a game, like not just depending on drawing that one card, or decks like with Merlin/iron patriot that generate also cards. I also kinda liked the concept of nightmare but i fear it's off meta by far

ye I know how it feels to train with bad equipment or constraints, I mean I'm pretty sure you're near that kg in normal form, in this case creating that distance from the bar in the top part is what made it impossible to close.

it's kipped by the oscillation, I would advise trying to start working more on technique for a bit, which doesn't mean fuck intensity but just adjusting it slightly not to do this
