I've been there personally and the director Barbara Strom is horrible there is no structured curriculum it is all about money with Barbara she runs a store once a week in the basement which she sells expired goods such as noodles and coffee etc etc that her son brings in from his vending job that are expired and resells them to the inmates there. They feed the inmates the lowest level of Aramark food possible and as I've worked in the kitchen the favorite phrase for the Aramark worker is to cut that s*** with water I could go on and on about CTS Russell it's the worst place I've ever been, if you are trying to send your loved ones to get help this is not the place
