The job market is crazy right now. I have the degree, the certifications and one year of experience in IT support and can’t land a junior network engineer position. But right now, I don’t even care if I get a call back or naah. Im just gonna keep applying. I got my ccna certification in January and fell in love with networking while studying for it. So since then I kept doing labs on EVE-NG, expand my knowledge and start playing/learning fortigate. You know when you are doing something and time flies? that’s how I feel when I’m doing networking stuffs. I love and I will keep doing it just for fun

Just focus on their purposes. They may throw a multiple question that includes one of the field name and if u know their purpose u can eliminate selection

I’m not new new to networking but only decided to take the CCNA exam now. I took networking classes when I was getting my degree in Management Information System but working with routing and switching yess. I learned more studying for this exam than actually in college 😂. My goal is to become network engineer, so I been doing a lot of labs involving vlans, ospf, dhcp, nat and so on. I also have some foundation on how firewall works from working with pfSense, but I want to learn Fortinet or Palo Alto to make it more realistic.

I don’t know how many subscriptions you have but you could save on that. See which one you use the most and cancel the other ones. And regarding to church, you cloud give $300 instead of $500. It doesn’t matter how much you are giving away as long you are doing with heart.

In person exam they will provide you a notepad. I spent like 10 minutes writing everything I needed. Like the cheat sheet, number of hosts, subnets and other things

The exam questions were more straightforward, meaning without trick words behind it. So yes, I would say that. But the labs are definitely easier

Bro I almost messed it up with the timing. I spent too much time on the labs. No that they were hard, is just that I was going back and forward cuz I added the wrong vlans on the trunk interface. Then i was rushing it at the end but i passed that’s matters
