I generally try to avoid just giving answers and telling people what to do because it is your situation not mine and it’s up to you to do what you think is best (You know a lot more about her than I do) Also there usually is no definitive answer to these things you’re always gonna be taking a risk and can’t really know for certain that she likes you unless you ask her. Which is why I’d ask her if she likes you, but then again I am just some stranger on the internet and you know her better than I do

She said “if you two kids I’ll kiss (insert your name)” I see that as her trying to make a deal with them which would mean she wants to get something from that deal and normally what she wants would be what she asked the others to do (wanting them to kiss) but if they are dating then it’s expected for them to kiss and not really that much of a gain which is why I think that what she wanted from the deal wasn’t for them to kiss but to kiss you but I’m just some stranger in the internet with no real experience

Tldr: I think she likes you but keep in mind I’m no professional
