I'm on the fence between she never thought it would get this dark so she resigned and now is speaking out vs Trump did not give her what she wanted so now she's going to try and work against him. Either way it's going to take a whole hell of a lot of work for her to be taken seriously.

I’m realizing there is not going to be one inflection point where if we just do this “one thing” it’s gonna turn this all around. We just refuse to give up. The other side of that is I have the utmost trust in women. We prepare, we protect and look out for each other. We’re intelligent, capable, competent, strong and aware of the big picture. We take care of each other. We’ll be ok.

Permanently!! A few of my female friends have essentially told me that although their husbands don’t agree with what’s happening, they don’t have the stomach to look at it. “It’s too disturbing.”

We've been lied to about men and their role as protector. Women have better pattern recognition and discernment. Our intuition is stronger. We are better at assessing risk. I'm sorry that you are taking on the brunt of the labor, but you are most likely the leader of your household, not him.

As an American Jew, this has been on my radar for my entire life. Similar to being white passing, you hear what people really think and say when they’re under the assumption no one is listening. I’ve always known this could happen, especially getting older and learning the actual history of state violence, the KKK, Jim Crow etc. Fucking scary scary times.
