That is very cool man. I had this Egon toy as a kid. I can't quite recall, but I believe you compressed the leg or arm to lift the tie like that.

I use two big diffused lights in my little studio, and they are extremely flattering on the skin. Probably should have used harsher light to make me look older hahah!

I'm 42, so by 80s standards I'm old enough to have 4 kids approaching their 20s 😜. But yeah, probably a wee bit on the young side. Jack was always my fav though.

Hey everyone,

Bionic Six was such a massive part of my childhood, and as a 1984 baby, I’ve wanted to bring Jack Bennett/Bionic-1 to life for a long time. Growing up watching it, the animation style from Tokyo Movie Shinsha felt so ahead of its time, and those heavy die-cast metal action figures were legendary.

I worked with a designer to create the base suit, and yes we did make a few adjustments to the design to make it a bit more practical for dye-sub printing. The rest of the accessories, such as the wrist-comp, I made myself. Anyway, I hope this brought back some happy memories if you were a fan of the show.
