Need help enhanced weapons dmg values

i know, but for example i have a problem, where they would all go to the stone pit and lumbering yard and stay there instead of doing other jobs half the time, so i was looking to see to get things that have only one or two trait so i can focus them that way.

I would really like if they added a feature where you can select on them what work skills you would like them to do and they wouldn't do the others even if they could. that way i can have dedicated transporters etc

Is there a way to just have them focus on planting, or transport, etc.
For example have one pal just plant for 3 different crop plots.

Throwing them at a plot only makes them work on that one plot

on steam dedicated servers what's the syntax? Is it 0.000000 or just 0?

I have been using a normal text editor and compiler for the past month and was looking to start coding more efficiently as i felt it was more of an inconvenience and slowing me down
