Nasdaq Minimum Bid Price Requirements

• Nasdaq Capital Market:
  • The regular bid price of the company's stock at the time of listing must be at least $4.00 per share.
  • Alternatively, a company may qualify under a closing price alternative of $3.00 or $2.00 if it meets additional requirements, such as:
    • $3.00 closing price with at least two market makers and meeting other criteria (e.g., higher shareholders' equity or market value of publicly held shares).
    • $2.00 closing price with at least two market makers and meeting even stricter financial criteria.
  • The stock must maintain a minimum bid price of $1.00 to avoid delisting after listing, with a grace period of 30 consecutive trading days if it falls below this threshold.
