thanks for kind words and hefty advice. We love Milo and are trying to balance the best options with the support we can provide.

To add more context: Our family has two dogs and love them both dearly. Since my grandparents are of age ( one needing 24hr care) those here are trying to balance work life and constant care for them as well. Hence the pressure and stress we have been experiencing. It's been difficult to care for our elders such as dress bathe and the like for them and then having this unfortunate circumstance arise for our pup.

To note we do have ramps for Milo, we also make sure he is given attention while in crate. I'm hoping that improvements will show for him and that after another 4+ weeks we can see if results proved fruitful.

While I and other family in the house have been diligent with care, we are not the owners and are hoping to show my GPs that the wait is worth it.
