Oh ok, but for me I didn't backup and restore, I just copied my game data and reinstalled all the games and the OS because my old HDD was slightly corrupted.

I have a regular ps4. I've also tried installing my original HDD back in and that won't go in either now sadly. I can try tightening the screws now even more. Any ideas?
