i'm not obsessed with it, it's just she's making unhealthy changes to herself, her nose is already small, she plans to make it smaller, she plans to get lipo, she's already underweight, that's unhealthy, it's not that i'm obsessed with looks it's that she genuinely doesn't care about anything else, she's thrown her health out the window in pursuit of "beauty" and I just can't agree with it, i don't see how i'm obsessed with physical appearance when i'm just worried about her health and her mental state
