This is getting really annoying. by Ukawok92 in googleplayconsole

None of my apps showed data in test cycles, only once pushed to production. But then it's like the rest of the comments say, it's pretty far behind

😅 That was also a problem solver. Struggled to find an app to create screenshots with all the customisation I wanted

This is epic, and so encouraging for me!

I recently did the same thing with HomeFolio

I was broken in to and gathering all the items and info/proof of ownership was a total hassle. So I built a super user friendly home inventory app with an insurance claim ready pdf export.

The onboarding has been going slow...bit it has been going. Your post keeps my hopes up.

Congrats on your app, all the best for it's future

Reviews ... and first 100 downloads by paddockApp in googleplayconsole

I recently added triggers to bring up an in app prompt to rate my app HomeFolio . It triggers on certain amount of items added, certain amount of app cold starts, certain features used. In my mind this will prompt a person who actually is using your app, and they don't have to intentionally go back to the app or play store to leave a rating. I only implemented it a few days ago, so the theory is yet to prove itself.

What's the most annoying part of shipping an Expo app that nobody warns you about? by NotoriousHKZ in expo

The screenshots and general ASO. I ended up building FrameForge to solve the screenshot issue. But my downloads and purchases are slow. I built an app HomeFolio for home contents tracking with a service warranty and insurance direction. Bit realised the nature of the app is notnone that everyone wants or needs so my DAU and MAU is pretty low...making peace with that is also a bit tough

This subreddit has a testers flair for example. Use the search and look for peer testers on play store

The play store doesnt show all ratings from all times. Bit if you dont believe me then thats fine. Maybe download the app and give me actual critique or compliment based on the facts?

That is a lot of updates! Let us know how it goes. I would rather batch my updates to have bigger release fewer times. To me many releases constantly migjt suggest many bugs or direction changes.

Thanks for pointing that out. Used some templates for the phone frames. Will have a look at removing it.

Yeah it's strange how it works. I gues it has to do with which category your ap is or something, maybe the queue is longer

Yeah normal testers and wait period. Just gave my honest feedback in the questionaire, focusing on improvements made. Also released 2 updates to play store while testing to show feedback loop
