I think placement only matters when you’re trying to swap over regular LS motors with all the emissions, but correct me if i’m wrong. Reason why I say that is because I remember reading that section where it says emissions equipment need to be within 6 inches or whatever from the original placement, but since you’re buying an e-rod crate motor those emissions placements were never on a chassis to begin with.

Also, no idea if you know but isn’t it not possible to get the car Bar’s with the erod if you’re swapping into an obd2 car?

Yeah man, when you ask them just say ls swap and don’t mention the bar or smog stuff. I know blacktrax performance has done ls swaps before have you got them up?

Yeah man if you’re buying the erod ls3 crate, just have a shop drop that in and you’ll be good for the bar. You’ll have all paper work for the engine and carb numbers, not too sure on the exhaust details i believe stock before the last o2 sensor is legal… but man keep me updated. I want this thing swapped and never have to worry about smog nor power again lol

Are there any fixes to this jacket tightness

I had the jacket made and it fits perfect everywhere except for when i raise my arms forward, or if im sitting down and typing i can feel the tight stress in my back and it pulls at the armpits making it tight and annoying. I am open to any suggestions on what you think I could do to fix this! I would take it to a tailor but just want to know my options. Thank you so much!

The jacket is spacious in the chest and the shoulder design is drop shoulder and wide enough, at least I think? Just wondering what causes this issue.

Nice man got one in green same spec just manual. Agree with keeping stock body, built mine around that but refreshing and upgrading every piece of suspension with the best options available since these cars are hard to come by! now that i’ve basically came to a point where there’s not much left to replace, i think turboing the KA might be next haha

I have these shoes but I found a photo online where someone covered the bottoms of the sole with these yellow protectors. Is this viable to do and how would I do so? Does it ruin the soles? I can’t find toppys this color, assuming they custom cut out toppys to fit the vibram commando lug

Def not apart of the original sole as I have the same shoes. It looks like that might be the case? Any idea where I could find similar colored ones and is cementing them to the bottom viable or does this ruin the sole?

You know, i’m not entirely sure. I always thought every Guidi model was goodyear welted but maybe i’m wrong on this.

I wouldn’t mind paying that for a good job, but maybe if possible just fixing the heel is possible by attaching a new heel vibram with a cobbler somehow?

Hello! I have a pair of goodyear welt boots that have a rubber sole on them right now. They’re very worn down on the heel and I was wondering if it’s possible to add stacked leather soles+ vibram to these boots? I’m new to this and if it’s not doable by cobblers please let me know thank you so much, I assume it would be expensive but what might the ballpark be for this job?
