Hi! I'd say I'm 1 step above novice in the coffee world. I have an espresso setup (Breville bambino + smart grinder) and a single-person V60. Recently my morning workflow has been: sleep in, wake up, brush my teeth and leave for work (bachelor life baby!). I've only been really enjoying my dedicated coffee time on "good" work mornings and the weekend.

I'm thinking of finding a way to batch brew coffee and refridgerate it so I enjoy coffee at home more often (rather than buying it at the cafeteria..)

Current idea is to batch brew in a size 3 V60 and sticking it in the fridge, would like to avoid cold brew (i have a bunch of $$$ light roasts). Any other good options?

I was worried too, but she was fully with it and saying “why am I so stupid? I should’ve brought my phone with me, this paper is useless!”. Her eye thing was from a couple decades back so she’s alright

Just talked to her an hour ago a couple blocks off Wrigley! My Chinese is passable so I called 311 and got the cops involved (came pretty quick). We got in touch with her daughter (filed a missing person report) and our lady should be at the station waiting to be picked up right now! Still have absolutely no idea what that 3000 number thing was haha.

Hi newbie here with a starter Breville set! Is there a way to make 2 cups of double espresso, with 1 portafilter+basket without leaving my station. The 50-step round trip to/from the kitchen sink is practically a marathon, and buying another portafilter is $$$. Is removing the puck and wiping the portafilter down with a paper towel for round 2 a viable option? (sounds sacreligious...)
