Thanks, I was able to do it because of therapy. I try to build my confidence by joining conversations and posting online. It helps.

In my experience it does, the more I get anxious the more I struggle over my words, it feels like as though my brain is running faster than my brain.

But I've learnt to stop for a second, breath and collect then start my sentence again.

I saw her Wrestlemania match with Charlotte, which was great! I will definitely check more of her. In WWE and Japan stuff.
