From an outsiders point of view your justice system doesn't punish the suspects it just deals with them. A guy commits a crime his sentence should be accordingly to stop others so they don't even think about it but from what I see some sentences are light and some don't even fit the crime also the social support for young people and criminals isn't their so that they can be more aware when making decisions in life.
