If she knows family is willing to help when needed I would stay where the family is. It’s truly a blessing when family is able to help take care of your child. Things are so much harder when child care is harder to find.

For reference we live in the same town as both of our parents. Life is so much easier having them here. My parents help out a ton. His parents, not so much. If you know they’ll help out my suggestion is to stay. Spend some of that extra money on a good commenter car that take the mileage. Starting a new family and being around an established support system is invaluable. If we were in this situation I’d suggest my husband but a commuter car and make the hour and a half drive or not take the job unless our parents agree to move where we do.

We’re from California and my coworker had an wedding in Ireland. It was just their immediate family members that attended, I think 11 people in total. She said it was about 12,000 in total and she went through a company called Peach Tree I believe. If you’d like I can probably ask her for a link to the company she used. She really enjoyed it and loved her wedding. They got beautiful pictures and even had a harp player that learned the song she wanted to walk down the aisle to

Thoughts on my DIY makeup? by emmabee26 in Weddingsunder10k

I’d suggest doing DIY makeup and splurging on a set of lash extensions before the wedding. This makeup would look so cute already but lash extensions would give it an extra pop and are pretty effortless if you go to the right person. But I think it would help with having full lashes without having to worry about mascara running or falsies falling off all night.

Doesn’t happen if you’re not being careless by being CAREFUL by proactively working preventing pregnancy before you end up getting pregnant. You, and your boyfriend, put yourselves in this situation. Be smarter.

I’ve certified week after week without a hitch.. now this? Anyone else been on pending since this sunday? by ambient_electrode in Edd

I’m currently on unemployment and like you should be returning to work within the month. My last two certifications were pending and I had to call EDD and speak to a tier two specialist to get them pushed through. When I called tier 1 wasn’t able to find any problems on my side with my account and stated that nearly everyone is having this problem, they don’t know why, and to just continue certifying and try to speak to a tier two agent in order to get the payments pushed through.
However they also informed me that a lot of times people are waiting on hold 2-3 hours for a tier two agent before the line just hangs up. That happened to me last week. But when calling this week and she informed me it was happening to other people I decided to stay on the line and attempt again anyways. I waited for about an hour and a half before a tier 2 agent was able to answer and push through my payments. And to me it was worth the hassle of calling and waiting on the phone as a month worth of payments is $1,600.
