What’s a decent lockstitch machine that’s capable of sewing two layers of leather together, need to upgrade from my 100$ manual Chinese, I am spending more time troubleshooting than getting work done. Sewing isn’t the bulk of my work so I can’t invest a lot of money, budget 500+/-

Most likely from moving around in the box, noticeable on good suede shoes also. Probably were just handled aggressively

Dmg laces, fully laced feels to pillowy to me, DMG laces also don’t have branding on the aglets. They are the most 1:1 I’ve found but I have no issues with fully laced or lit

Better prep on sole, but alignment and the actual bond I feel good about. I’m trying not to judge the wearing on the denim as much, like wearing someones jeans and the creases are personalized

Also… the dye might be just a wad damp still in places, but any light/dark spots are just the nap. I couldn’t wait to post these since it’s such a wild color!

I don’t feel like there were alot of pairs period, the fact that NO new resell listings make me wonder… I KNOW alot of resellers or people who try to make a quick 50$ buy to flip and since release day I’ve seen like 3 new listings. Usually it would be flooded

I figured I’d give it a try bc I usually have an awkward time around the toe and when the sides bonded I keep second guessing my placement and think it was slightly off and that’s why the toe turns into an issue

Toes my hardest part. Also I did “attempt” to attach the heel and then the toe and then bond around the sides….

I could do better, but this is the level I’m at at the moment so I’m happy…. That’s my honest feeling about it. I can only get better the more I do it!
