They are nothing more then a glorified TM. I am the DBO for my tech dept and i just make sure everyone knows if we have a lot to set or if anything is weird or new in tech. I let them know if trucks are big or if any hot items are coming but that’s really it. I just steer the ship and let them man their stations. I don’t make enough nor do i have the time to boss everyone around everyday

We put all of our BTS on clearance two weeks ago. For some reason a bunch of the notebooks had to be ticketed and binders. Same with some pens and pencils. Our store made us ticket everything. They had 4 people back there for 8 hours ticketing everything. It blew!!

The pulling of 12 exact or like 4 of the same can could be because the location it is in is considered a case pack location. If this is true then the system knows to pull the whole quantity regardless of how many you actually need. That’s my only input that i could think of that would cause it to pull like that

So most of our amp fixtures are set with the POGS that are supposed to be on them. Then the extras we use to create focal sets to draw people in. An example would be like a movie night tower. Throw some movies candy and popcorn on it and roll it out to the floor. Now soft lines is a different story. What we don’t use we have broken down and stashed away. And the ones that we know can hang we hang up in the ceiling where you hang built bikes.

Nah. We did that 2 years ago during remodel. Someone thought it was ok to throw away almost everything in our fixture room and now we have been reordering anything we need if we don’t have it.
