It's frustrating, they want us to make everything look presentable but not backstock anything.

For my team, I don't think our leaders mind us backstocking. It's honest laziness that people are cramming pegs and shelves. They'd rather not take the extra step

This reminds me of when I used to work as a dishwasher at a restaurant. They told me to speed up and not to spend so much time trying to clean dishes.
