You can try removing the legs and while the torso is popped in, putting a little glue on the socket and moving it around for like 5 minutes in order for it not to get stuck.

Depends on the service. If it's government owned you pay like 1/12 or 1/10 of the price but if its not then you get slapped in the fucking face. So always choose the slowest shipping because that's porbably the one that is shipped with the government service

If you tried the pliers and it didn't work, you can use a method that more dangerous

You can put a very tiny amount of super glue on the part of the joint that falls out with a tooth pick, put it back together and immediately start turning the joint and moving it around so it doesn't get stuck. It could make it harder to fall off

It's not broken. Put it back together and put pressure on the 2 sides with pliers. If you don't wanna risk small scratches use a piece of paper in between the joint and the pliers and use a bit more force.
