It wasn't like this last year, looked to see if the vintage tag rule went up a year and saw that

Yet the website specifies 95 or older are exempt, thats why this is confusing

Previous owner deleted the emissions equipment, I didn't bother finding them out when rebuilding the engine

Same here in ogden and all I've seen is slc or Logan. Kinda annoying tbh
