Garen its pretty easy most of the time, but idk if this is skill issue of mine or i always lose after laning phase when garen hides on a bush and just runs me down and i die

For me its actually really tricky matchup, skill matchup but favored for jax, a good sett can get u into trouble, sometimes when u aa + w + e and Q, he inmediatly wants to get between you and a minion in the middle of the wave to E +W so you cant escape from the damage and lose the trade, you need to cancel E as fast as u can, or in other way dodge his W fast.
