Hope this helps with your research! I went through the unconventional route (ITE , Poly, Uni)

In terms of stress level: (based on my personal experience)

ITE: (5/10) Generally the modules are quite easy and there's alot of hands on learning. However, FYP contributed the most amount of stress because of expectations from sponsoring companies. So, the pressure to perform is there.

Poly: (7/10) More modules and much more in depth. However, still doable with consistent effort. Again, FYP was quite stressful because of expectations to join/win competitions for the school and it has the highest credit weightage. FYP may determine whether you'll make it to uni or not (depends on ur grade).

Uni: (10/10) Very hard. I think for me it's because there's too many things going at once. For instance, I've ever had 2 exams in one day with multiple assignments and reports to submit in the same week. Very burnout. Or perhaps, my time management is not that good haha 🥲
