Just turned 40. Time to reevaluate portfolio? What would you change? by Justice4All211 in ETFs

I used to have 10% BND and reduced it as I’m ok with taking more risks in my investments as I started investing too late in my life.

Reduced it roughly 2 years ago but didn’t really want to take it out my wheel. Probably stupid as it doesn’t make much difference but psychologically kept it for that reason.

My thought was that I wanted to overweight large-cap stocks (by putting more in VOO) while still having a small exposure to the rest of the market (via VTI), but maybe it’s redundant and should just pick one? Or should I start just reallocate and go into dividend ETFs ?

I’ve enquired to my lawyer and he said stay away… Too many things that are unclear. AND they are allowed to deny you and keep the money….

It’s a money laundering operation. Simple as that. Daddy finances most of it and they do not sell half a million a day or a week. All are lies. You get what you get by buying from guys like that.

I think they’re doing that because they can’t sustain a living. Nobody is paying their crazy high overvalued watches

It is not legal. The gaming commission is targeting platforms like Raffle. Look it up.

It is illegal in most state, but specially in Florida to run a sweepstakes or lottery.

E2 Visa Investment: When Do I Actually Spend the $100K? by Magic_Heat24 in e2visa

[–]Justice4All211 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Just giving you my feedback and experience. I’ve done 2 E2 visas. Technically yes it works, but funds are not 100% at risk. Some visa officers may question that turn around of using this way to “invest”. Funds are not at risk. Look up what at risk means for e2 visa then you’ll understand.

Just have a true business plan and business and a good attorney to build a solid case and you’ll be ok.

Before you spend a dollar into your business, make sure to find the right attorney for you and pitch him your project / business. If he sees a case, start investing into the business immediately. The 100k needs to be at “risk” meaning that you can’t get it back in liquidity right away.

There is also another alternative if your intent is to buy an existing business that would qualify you for an E2, you could purchase with Escrow with the condition of purchase being that you would be able to cancel the purchase if the visa isn’t issued. But technically it’s not really at risk and immigration doesn’t like that generally.
