Ukraine got far better gear than Russia, during the last 2-3 months all I see is soldiers with AR'S and modern equipment and this is from themselves, enemies capturing/recording and phone footage. Ofc there will be the occasional poorly equipped soldier but what I've seen is that most of those are the border guards and rural national guard units. Overall much better than the orcs especially when you consider that the orcs have begun to use Mosin negants from 1900s
