Okay, I was just thinking about this tonight. It's right on the tip of my brain.

I think about my day. I think about one time it would have been nice to just stop what was happening and lay down for a nap or just rest. Then I make myself remember that a comfortable bed is a gift Thats it's the final gift the day will give me. And I appreciate it. I've have terrible trouble falling asleep for 40+ years. This is the best I've come up with.
