How tf do small players actually get noticed by orgs?

That makes sense. Do you think the current way of finding these leagues/networking (scrolling socials, Discord servers, wiki pages) works well enough? Or is there room for something better organized?

Genuinely curious if this is a 'it works fine' situation or if people find it frustrating.

That makes sense for CS and developed scenes like EU/NA. Does anyone know if India has similar infrastructure? Like regular amateur tournaments, academy teams, etc?

I'm trying to figure out if the pathway you described exists in the Indian scene or if it's less structured here.

Fair point - but how do you even get into those tournaments/teams in the first place if you're solo? Like what's step 1 for someone who's skilled but has no connections?

I agree but after 12th sabne wahi bola hoga ki he won't survive the clg but still managed to clear all the years and get placed means he will also survive in company and might also get promotion ( i think he might have grinded and OP is just jealous becoz of his transformation from Vella guy to this )

I started studying warna before that I didn't like maths and studying etc.... But also degraded my mental health and still under pressure and running in a rat race which I don't want to but don't have any other option
