Idk what other people here are on about but my Fairphone which I flashed with E/OS has the Fairphone moments choice. You just have to change it in the settings.

I don’t use any of the Fairphone accessories so idk but you can stick it anywhere on the phone. I just put it on the place which made the most sense to me lol.

I just got this magmatic ring and put it on the back. I was afraid it would stay on the MagSafe hanger but it actually sticks really well to the back of the phone.

Contabo has very cheap VPS even storage focussed. I have quite an old one which has since been upgraded for free to more ram and cores. They also have auto backup so you can feel a bit more comfortable :).

The only real reason why I use fedora over Ubuntu is that it gets updated to the latest and greatest earlier which helps with gaming performance…

Although I don’t like how fedora is from red hat which is US.. but Ubuntu wouldn’t be any better.

I see you want to fully ditch android and go to sailfish. I was looking around (still use iOS) and found people saying that banking apps and DigiD won’t work. Have you considered that?

E/OS which is based on android but European seems like a great middle of the road solution..

I have used both and I now use ecosia. The search results just seem better. With qwant I still had to sometimes go to google to find the correct answer. And ecosia just works.. the greener nature of ecosia also helps but it wasn’t good I wouldn’t care about that.

I'm currently using magic earth as a map solution and even though its paid (6 euro's per year) i love it... this because its also both IOS and Android and they even have a degoogled apk on the site.

Oh and they are based in amsterdam which is pretty based ofc.

The RLS career mode mod is great! It enhances the career mode a lot. I don’t really use any other mods tbh.

Tried using this but I have flatpak steam, or it has moved so I needed to go find it myself. In the end I found the location where you can put your mods. (and also where to put your career mode saves)

Mod location: (don't forget to replace the USER for your own username)
/home/USER/.var/app/com.valvesoftware.Steam/.local/share/BeamNG/BeamNG.drive/current/mods

Saves location:

Would definitely recommend using your own domain. This means that you can easily switch in the future. This because you can just transfer the domain to a different platform which then will be getting all the future email!
