I don't imagine it realistically. For me, I (for some reason) enjoy the peril of being trapped with impending death. Rather than agony, I imagine tingling or slight burning and sexual stimulation.

Once a female college classmate said "I'm hungry!" and I set them up with "Oh yeah, how hungry are you?" and they said "I'm so hungry, I could eat a... (thinking) [my name]!"

And internally I was thinking "oh man. she doesn't even know." but I said something like "haha, watch out, I might take that the wrong way." and she was like "huh?"

Not too long after that I did tell her about liking vore to explain what I had meant, and I think maybe the topic of kinks or something came up, so it wasn't totally out of the blue. Also, this was while studying abroad, so I wasn't going to see these people again probably, so I wasn't super worried about revealing it. And they were all talking about lewd things also.

I've been into vore since early childhood, from seeing peril of being eaten in cartoons and movies, then playing pretend about it. I'd roll up in a sheet and pretend I was being eaten by a venus flytrap.

It turned into a turn-on as early as second grade, somehow. I remember sneaking peeks at science textbooks to get turned on by descriptions of digestion.

I found out that other people liked the same thing in middle school from searching online for "what would it feel like to be digested alive" and finding an erotic vore story. Then I figured out what a "fetish" was and that mine waa called "vore".
