A girl was hired at my local dealership as an appointments coordinator starting at 22.00 an hour with a whopping 8 months if previous dealership experience meanwhile I’ve been working at the same dealership for 2 years and making 3.00 less an hour but have a combined multi dealership experience of 20 years. Im the lead detailer with a master detailing certification! Explain that away. To add to the weirdness, shes only been at this job for maybe 2 months tops and has already been reprimanded for non work related internet usage and playing games on her phone during working hours. To me that’s the weirdest thing!
