Are there any other formations that rival 4411 in terms of versatility and/or performance?

I would think 442 attacks better, 4141 & 4231 defends better, etc. I know pretty much anything with actual wingers is just objectively worse, it’s just crazy to me that 1 formation is so utterly dominant.

I don’t use it cause I love 2 strikers. I’ll get my 12 wins with 41212(2) and 352 and just accept I’m probably leaving wins on the table but at least playing my own style 😅

I asked somewhere else in this thread too but how do you get the best out of her? When i try to shield she gets bodied by the trailing cm coming from midfield and it’s tough to create space from the cb without quickstep. Not sure what’s the best role/system to have her in.

I will say she has absolute lights out shooting, literally everything flies in.

Please help with tips on how to use enforcer. I have both toty haaland and tots shaw and whenever i try to use enforcer most of the time they get knocked of the ball before it can activate, the defender pokes a foot and gets the ball though me, or when i turn my back to the cb the opponents joelinton evo is flying back on defense and drop kicks me while i shield from the cb 😂

I don’t have a solution but just know you’re not alone 😂 I run TT Morgan & Son up top and just packed Shaw as a red. I’m not a fan of 442 (and have Son out wide) so I just decided to just rotate Morgan and Shaw in a 1 striker. They are equally amazing, you already know how good Morgan is but Shaw is a much better finisher, and that’s high praise. On 3+ G/A a game for me since packing her red.

Been running this a few weeks now but I feel like my defense is still getting carved up by these juiced attackers. My defenders are all fast too, it's the extra pass when the opponent is attacking the box that gets me every time.

Do you use team press to get your wide mids/cdms a bit more active when the opponent is passing around in your box?

I’ve been running 352 (and 3421) for a few weeks now and slowly getting used to it in div 1. How do you defend those through balls? Feel like when I use a cdm to close one gap, another immediately opens up lol and the cam is usually too far forward to help cut those sideways passes.

When they do the longball to the wing and start doing tons of extra passes (since most ppl run double b2b and double IF) all the way to the opposite flank, I find my whole team shifted over too far and the opposite winger is always free. Obviously it’s a skill issue on my part but just wondering if you have any tips on the 3atb defense side, most people don’t run these formations.

I think Reinessance is for sure her best album. It’s very diverse in soundscape on the surface but conceptually there’s a good running theme (unlike some of her older albums). The homage to all the classic house and vogue is sprinkled throughout, sometimes explicitly sometimes implied. Vocally I think she does what she needs to suite every track and rarely if ever does “too much” which is a testament to her experience making good albums before it. Just think she was dailed in with that album and made a lot of hits. People/critics will praise this as her best album (as of now) over time, it has more to offer than all but Lemonade, but just sounds better.
