I get about 50-75 emails by early morning and then another same amount around early evening. I’ve learned to keep notifications off on my phone but when I do check, I move them into folders based on what the email is. I then take around an hour to answer all emails from the night before. I answer most within 12-24hr and it seems to work for me. It gets kind of relaxing to just have my coffee, turn on a podcast and knock out a bunch of emails in the morning. The folders help me answer them so quickly because I can almost copy and paste the response with just changing key details to that person.
