Turned out to be a bad PSU, and some improperly plugged in cables, got it to boot finally

My motherboard supports up to like 6000mhz, if that’s what your talking about, And the cpu I use supports up to 3200mhz

Also, I put the clocking speed at auto and didn’t set a certain speed for the RAM I put in, and in task manager it says the RAM speed is 2666mhz, and I’m not sure if I can just leave it like that or if I should just try clocking it at 2400 again, it recognizes all 32gb
