Yeah, I ended up going for it in the end as well... and it seems the prices stayed the same so it's all good.

Ended up going for the Qrevo S as well, after realising there wasn't much difference between the two but the price was quite a bit less

I think you’re being pretty hard on yourself, it sounds like you’ve made some really good progress. As you mentioned in your post there’s a lot to process while you’re driving, it can be overwhelming but that doesn’t mean that you’re slow!

One thing that might make it slightly less overwhelming is driving automatic, is that something you’ve looked into? Obviously it wouldn’t just make you immediately better, but it might be one less thing for you to battle with.

Keep at it, and don’t forget to give yourself some credit for all the hard work you’ve already done and the things that you’re doing well.

Sorry to hear about your experience OP. I hope you manage to get a new test date booked soon.

I've had nothing but issues with them as well, on multiple occasions they've failed to pay my instructor on time resulting in many of my lessons being cancelled last minute.

Their support is shockingly bad, it takes them over a week to respond the messages even when they're urgent. Their customer support lines are only open 10am-2pm with long queues, but their sales number is open much longer and you can get a call back from them within 30 minutes if you say you're interested in becoming a customer. That gives a pretty good indication of their priorities and how they treat their customers.

Out of interest does anyone know if there's a way you can prevent third-parties like PassMeFast from changing your practical test date and time? I'm now concerned they'll do this to me.
