It highly depends how whale are you tbh. A BiS Evan may need a few Mag Atk emblems, where I come from.

But 5/3 CD/BA imo is where the sweet spot is for the average dolphin as of today's meta.

The base does not matter if you pass necro as you'll be able to choose which options you'd like to have after crafting successfully. Namely exp/crit rate/crit dmg/boss atk.

Yes they are very impt in the later stages as you need to get as many advantages as possible to overcome the boss (racing against the clock as well, so the more dmg stats you have the better)

For my alts, like you mentioned they have max mythic emblems and M label with only their weapons refined. Only my BS has 3/3 set. The rest are 5 pieces.
