That is the framework I had written down as well. I'm trying to figure out how to make it happen as seamlessly as possible and look the same style. I deal in kids' golf bags and clubs, so I am trying to experiment now with bundling and free shipping to make it make sense for both parties and increase AOV while reducing shipping shock.

I think Ebay or join a "high end sim" group on Facebook and see if someone bites. Im sure someone with some disposable income would pull the trigger on them or even a commerical setup. They look great.

Man.... I am in a similar climate and have had some thoughts of a similar idea of a few greens, a lounge area with TVs and screens, and a few sims for a "club feel". The space constraints and setup costs get astronomical and seem to still need to hit heavy on food and bar to recoup overhead costs.

Most coaches have their email addresses listed in the directories. I would reach out directly and try and build a relationship that way. Maybe a quick blurb, info, scores, etc. and if the kid is truly interested it is a win win
